For a variety of reasons (often WiFi/network related), recording uploads from iOS and Android devices fail. Don't worry, your recording is not lost if it fails to upload on the first try! VetRec saves all recordings locally until we have confirmed upload to our system.
If your upload fails or seems stuck for several minutes, please try the below steps.
Restart App and Retry Upload
Start by quitting out of the VetRec phone app and re-opening it - this will restart the app on your phone. When you open the phone app, if the app detects any recordings that are on your phone that need to be uploaded, a pop-up like this will appear:
Click Upload and VetRec will attempt re-uploading the recording. If this does not pop up automatically, you can also get to this screen by going to Settings and then Manage Pending Recordings.
