VetRec allows you to record and generate medical notes in the following Languages and regional standards:

When recording a visit, all you need to do is select the spoken language and VetRec will take care of the rest! By default, this will pre-select your Default Language from your User Controls.

If you record a visit and want to change the language after the fact, you may do so by going to Transcript, selecting Actions and then Change Language.

You can also provide documents to your clients in their native language. VetRec enables you to provide documents to your clients in their native language. Learn more about client documents.

Once you generate client documents, you can translate the provided notes into several languages. To translate simply, navigate to the client documents you want to translate:

Go to the Actions button on the right hand and find Change Language:

Select Change Language to open up the modal. There you can pick from many supported languages:

Click Change once you select your desired language. Within 30 seconds, the notes will be translated to your desired language.
