Go to the All Visits tab on the left navigation and click the Add Visit button at the top of the filters area:
Fill out the visit information with the patient's name and click the check mark:
The visit will now show under All Visits:

Next you can repeat this process for any additional patients you want to add.

Once you are ready to record information for a given patient you can do so on the Active Visits tab on the left navigation or by using the Add to Visit capabilities.
