Records Recap allows doctors and their staff to take long medical histories in documents like PDFs, Word or Image and generate summaries for them. Now summaries can include information directly from Vetspire.
Within Vetspire, there is a plethora of information including vaccines, tests, medications, physical exams and more. VetRec can pull all this information and create a cohesive and actionable summary.
Generating a summary
To generate a summary with Vetspire data, simply navigate to the record recap section of the platform or for a specific visit.
Start visit with Recap:
Recap for existing visit
Next, within the Records Recap screen you will see a section to add Vetspire data to the summary. You can enable / disable this option. All you will need is a Patient ID (this is auto populated when visits are synced from Vetspire)
Once the Patient ID is added, you can hit Summarize and generate a summary that includes Vetspire data.
You can combine both Vetspire data with your own documents and images. Simply add files in the left area to have them be combined together!
Choosing what information to summarize
VetRec allows you to be in control over what Vetspire data the system will access and summarize. Click the Choose what to include in the summary button to open up those options.
Only the selected information will be pulled into the summary!
