  1. Clicking the three dots and "View Snippet" to see and edit its content, or delete the snippet to remove it.

  2. Additionally, from this view, you can click the eye to hide/show empty folders, bulk upload snippets using a CSV or click the trash can to delete all the snippets in a folder.

Bulk upload snippets (CSV)

What this does: Upload many snippets at once from a CSV file. Each row becomes a snippet.

1) Open the importer

  • Go to Snippets → Bulk Import (or “Bulk Import Snippets” in the Snippets page).

  • Click Upload a CSV file (drag & drop works too).

2) Format your CSV

Required columns (in order): name, text, folder
Optional column: description

  • Header row is required.

  • Multiple folders: separate with semicolons ; (max 3 folders per snippet).

  • Commas or line breaks inside a value: wrap the value in quotes "..."

CSV example

name,text,folder,description Apoquel,"Apoquel 16 mg PO BID x 14 days",Medications,Anti-itch "Giardia Protocol","Metronidazole 250 mg PO BID x 5 days, then Panacur",Treatment Protocols,Giardia "Multi-folder Example","This appears in multiple folders","Medications;Treatment Protocols","Multi use"

3) Upload & review

  • Drop the CSV into the uploader.

  • The dialog shows how many snippets will be created.

  • Click Upload X snippet(s).

Tips

  • Keep names short and searchable; put longer details in text.

  • Use description to improve matching/relevance.

  • If a value includes commas or line breaks, always quote it.

  • Limit to 3 folders per snippet; extra ones will be ignored.
