Rewrite text with snippet – Uses the best-match snippet to rewrite the generated text (preserves meaning, standardizes wording).

Replace with snippets – Clears the field and inserts only matched snippets.

This limits matching to the folders you select.

You can select multiple folders (the system searches across them).

Write instruction text that mirrors what you want matched.
Example for the Medications field: “List prescribed medications during the consultation.”
Example: “Ear Infection: Medications – daily cleaner + drops after cleaning.”

Use “Replace with snippets” for sections that should be purely standardized.
Use Add or Rewrite when you still want AI to draft and snippets to enhance it.

Avoid empties: If you choose Replace, consider adding a simple default in the field (e.g., “No medications prescribed.”) in case no snippet matches.
