Tell VetRec AI what went wrong to help it learn

Did VetRec's AI get something wrong? Please use the various feedback options available to you to let the system know. VetRec's AI improves based on your feedback! Feedback includes, but is not limited to:

  • Words that are incorrect (e.g., wrong spelling, incorrect transcription, etc.)

  • Missing information that you expected to appear in the notes.

  • Incorrect or extraneous information that appeared in the notes.

  • Incorrect formatting.

There are Thumbs Down buttons on all key AI experiences on VetRec: Notes, Client Documents and Records Recap. This button can be found to the side of the AI notes/recap or above any text you highlight. Here is an example of how it looks on the Notes tab:

Once you click the Thumbs Down button, a pop-up will appear that allows you to provide direct feedback. This feedback is processed by the AI system as well as manual reviewers to make adjustments. This feedback may lead to small changes to your templates to better meet your needs.
