Generating notes with VetRec starts with recording the patient visit using our intuitive UI. Once recorded, notes are generated with the click of one button.
Recording visit
Start by adding a name for the visit (usually the patient's name) and pressing the start recording button:
VetRec works for more than patient visits. Use VetRec to record and generate medical notes for phone calls, rounds meetings and more.
Once you start recording, you will be prompted to confirm consent for recording. Depending on your home country / state privacy laws require consent from everybody in the room. VetRec will automatically record the consent.
Once you are done with the visit, hit the stop button.

Process Notes
Before processing, choose the template you want to use to process the visit.
Create additional templates using VetRec's Template Builder.
Once you are ready, press the start processing button.
You will be redirected to the All Visits section where the notes will be shown once generated. On average, VetRec takes 30s to generate notes for your visit.
