Microsoft Edge
Go to VetRec and click the lock icon right next to app.vetrec.io in the address bar (see image below). In the pop-up, make sure "Microphone" is enabled.
Google Chrome
Go to VetRec and click the controls icon right next to app.vetrec.io in the address bar (see image below). In the pop-up, make sure "Microphone" is enabled.
VetRec Chrome Extension
Right click on the VetRec extension in your list of chrome extensions an click "View web permissions".
Under "Permissions", set "Microphone" to "Allow".
