The search tab will appear on top of your tabs on the left of the screen:
When you click the Search tab, a modal (shown below) will open, allowing you to:
Search your data using natural language or keywords — for example, "Border Collie with emesis" or "Max".
Refine and adjust your search criteria.
View search tips and learn what types of data are being searched.
Access your search history.
Search results are grouped into categories, such as “Recap” or “Note.” To view only one category, use the filters next to “All Results” to toggle your selection
Each search result has a title, category, owner, and created date.
