Importing patients from Vetspire into VetRec

⚠️ This capability is in BETA. Please reach out to our support team to enable it on either our chat bubble in the product or email at [email protected].

VetRec allows you to automatically import your patients in your schedule from Vetspire. Once the connection is configured, VetRec will be populated with the patients you are seeing for the day. By navigating to All Visits, you will see the Sync Vetspire button.

Once the button is pressed, in a few seconds the visits are imported. Imported visits are automatically configured to make the export process more seamless so that you don't need to add a patient UD or encounter ID.

You can use the date picker to select a time range and sync the visits within it. Meaning if you want to sync the visits for the week, simply select the week on the picker and hit the Sync Vetspire button.

You can press the Sync Vetspire button as many times as you want during the day. It will automatically update any appointments that have changed (e.g. patient changed appointment time or even patient's name change) as well as add any last minute patients that get added to your schedule!

Exporting notes from VetRec to Vetspire

VetRec allows you to also export your notes directly into Vetspire. Once the connection to Vetspire is configured, you will see the Export to Vetspire option appear under the Actions button in the Notes tab. Press the Export to Vetspire button to bring up the export modal.
