VetRec provides different starting points for you to create your templates. All three starting points provide similar amounts of customization to take advantage of. Lets start by heading to the templates section of VetRec.

Here you will be greeted by our Templates page, in which you will find:

Let's distill all of them!

These are templates that were created by anyone in the team. If you are part of a team and you create a template this template will automatically be added to the Team Templates section!

These are the templates that you create as an individual. Irrespective of whether you are part of a team or not, once you create a template you are the owner of it and that template will always exist in your individual account. "Your Templates" are only visible to you.

These templates are the ones already in your account to choose from. If you liked a template from the library, you need to manually add it following the instructions above so that it is part of your account. You can think of them as the "Default" templates.

By default, we don't put all the templates from the template library in your account so that it's not overwhelming the first time you log in to VetRec!

These are a set of templates that we provide as starting points for people to choose from. You can "add to your account" any of these templates and modify them or use them as-is (more details on creating a template here)

If you are a part of multiple teams, these are templates that were created by any team you are a part of that is not your active team.

You will notice at the top of the Templates page, there is a toggle for a card or list view:

Select the view that looks the most approachable for you!
