Sometimes, visits get created by mistake or a patient doesn't show up, to delete the visit entry from VetRec, simply use our built-in delete button in the Overview page of the visit.
First navigate to the All Visits tab, and select the visit to be deleted:
In the overview of the visit, find and press the red trashcan button.
Confirm the deletion in the modal:
