VetRec supports locking templates so that only the template owner can make changes or delete said template. All team members can still view and use locked templates, but they cannot make any changes.

Locking and unlocking templates is as easy as clicking the "Lock" icon in the template builder for the template you want to lock. Note that only the owner can lock and unlock a template.

For others, they will be able to access the template with editing disabled. All team members can view, share and duplicate locked templates.
