Visit Name
You can modify the name of the visit that shows at the top and on the visit list.

You can modify the owner of the visit to another user within your team. Only available if you are in a team.
Patient Name
You can also modify the name of the patient specifically. Including changing the name of multiple patients in the case of multi-pet. Here you can also add or remove patients after the fact.
Visit Date and Time
You can modify the time and date of the visit.
