Go to the All Visits tab on the left navigation and click the Add Visit button at the top of the filters area:
Fill out all the required visit information:
NOTE: You can add visits for other dates! (future and past ones)
The visit will now show under All Visits
Next you can repeat this process for any additional patients you want to add.
Once you are ready to record information for a given patient you can do so on the Active Visits tab on the left navigation or by using the Add to Visit capabilities.
